Varsity Head Coach
Martina Lambert
Entering her third year as head coach, Martina is a homeschool graduate. She played volleyball and basketball throughout middle school and high school. She is married to 18U boys basketball head coach, Riley Lambert. They have three kids, Finley (4), Scout (2), newborn Jane, and a very energetic and friendly Golden Retriever (Willie).
In her second year coaching, she lead the Roadrunners to a record of 51-10 claiming multiple titles including the Heartland Regional Championship & National's Silver Championship.
Junior Varsity Head Coach
Leah Coffey
Leah is wife to Tim and a homeschooling mom of 7 awesome kids. Sports have been a part of Leah's life since grade school, but Volleyball has always been her passion. She played intramurals at Christendom College in Virginia. She feels very blessed to have been previously coached by positive influences and hopes to be able to pass that on to her players. Win or lose, volleyball teaches life lessons. She looks forward to watching the players grow in virtue and character through the sport of volleyball.

Tiffany Leaders
Tiffany is married to Paul and they have five homeschooled children (three of whom have graduated). Tiffany played volleyball and basketball through high school and went on to play basketball at Dakota Wesleyan University. She has enjoyed all types of outdoor activities and sports throughout the years.
Tiffany loves encouraging young women and sharing the lessons God teaches through sports. She is excited to participate in her fourth year with Roadrunner volleyball.

High School Assistant Coach
Kelsey Marr
Kelsey is beginning her second year as an assistant coach. She graduated in 2017 from Ashland-Greenwood high school where she played volleyball, basketball, and ran track. She participated in two NSAA volleyball state tournaments and holds the Ashland-Greenwood school records for most set assists in a match and most assists in a career.
High School Assistant Coach
Ben Humann
Ben is beginning his third year as an assistant coach. He has coached with Omaha Roadrunners Basketball for four years. He and his wife Stacey have 2 children in the roadrunner program, and two alumni.
Grade School Coach
Rachel Sharpe
Rachel has played volleyball and basketball for 8 years, and this will be her second year coaching both sports with the Omaha Roadrunners. Her goal is to lead and teach players how to play hard while playing for Christ. All glory to God win or loss. While coaching volleyball, her JV2 high school girls got first place in the Aurora Invitational Tournament. While coaching basketball, her 5th-grade girl's team won the CYO basketball championship. Rachel played with the Omaha Roadrunners her senior year for volleyball, and basketball she started playing for the Roadrunners when she was a sophomore. Rachel is a homeschool graduate and is pursuing starting her own photography business.
Grade School Coach
Tessa Glass
Tessa Glass played volleyball for seven years. This season will be her third year of coaching with the Omaha Roadrunners, after having coached her senior year. Her goal is to teach perseverance and encouragement, so our attitudes and example may point to the glory of God. Tessa will be attending Metro in the fall, exploring interests such as early childhood education, culinary arts, and car mechanics.
